Although "June Gloom" hung over the Pomona Fairplex, it didn't put a damper on the 55th Annual LA Roadsters Show & Swap Meet, on June 15-16! Consisting of pre-1936 roadsters, the Los Angeles Roadsters car club was formed in 1957. The club began this event in 1960, and the first few shows were held at the Hollywood Bowl. Later, it moved to where it is now, the Fairplex in Pomona. Over 500 roadsters were in attendance, along with other car classes, including trucks, muscle cars, sedans and coupes. This show also has one of the largest swap meets, and a large commercial vendor area, as well.
